New Processing Facilities

Chelsea Artisans and Fusion Glass Designs have recently commissioned new gas fired ovens for kiln forming glass. The new ovens will speed up production times and also allow for the forming of curved glass panels. Another feature is that two of the ovens can be combined enabling the manufacture of kiln formed panels up to 7m in length.

The company has continued to develop the range of patterns, curves and bends that can be achieved in kiln forming. Clients, designers and contractors continue to request new and varied effects that are kiln formed and the recent investment in the new facilities will ensure that Chelsea Artisans and Fusion Glass Designs remain at the forefront of the development and use of kiln formed glass.
