SPECIFICATION:

Available as annealed, toughened (tempered) or laminated glass to comply with BS EN 12600, BS 6206 Class A or required national safety standard.

THICKNESS:

6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 19mm, 25mm

Also available as laminates in combinations of glass thicknesses and monolithic (F Block) glass.

GLASS OPTIONS:

Float Glass (slight green tint) - as standard
Low Iron (crystal clear)
Body Tinted (transparent coloured)
Mirror Backed

EDGE OPTIONS:

Polished all round (PAR)
Arrised all round (AAR)
Ground all round (GAR)

SURFACE FINISHES:

Sandblast (etch) to front or rear face of glass.

APPLIED FINISHES:

Opaque colours, transparent colours or mirror finish can be applied to the rear of the glass.

PROCESSING OPTIONS:

Shaping, drilled holes, notches, waterjet cutouts.

TOLERANCES:

+/- 2mm (glass size)

QUALITY & FINISH:

Protective polymer coating can be applied to sandblasted face.

On large or complex projects we recommend prototype panels are produced for sign off and final approval.
